I am by far both impressed & pleased with the care I receive here . First I must say Kelly is absolutely amazing . She listened to exactly what I was saying then put everything in motion for me to see the doctor without hesitation. I've never had medical dilemma that Kelly didn't rectify. Doctor Truong is absolutely fantastic and extremely attentive she's also great at following up with her patients . I have and will continue to refer my family & friends with this office. Anne Garza

There is NEVER any answer, no matter what time you call. It takes 72 hours for a prescription refill! Only one nice person at front desk. Only one car in parking lot when I arrive for appointment... what does that tell you. I will... she is a ZOC DOC.. no time for live patients.. can't even get an appointment correct! text says one thing, appointment card says another! Time to find another Doctor.. no ZOC DOC.. I didn't sign up for that!

Please read my 2nd paragraph. Called 2/17, didn't get a person. Only call choices were to leave a message. Asked to be seen because I have been sick for over 2 weeks. I am still waiting to hear anything from the office it's 2/23. Love Joyce John, but the staff is probably the worst. They don't follow thru with their phone messages. Received a call the same day this posted from the office manager. She made things right. She got me in that same day with Joyce John's. I am thankful for that. Was given the right stuff I helped with recovering. Breathing treatment and steroid shot plus 3 more scripts and I am making a slow recovery. Thank you so much. Changing my 1 star to 5.

Usually I don't do reviews, but i'll start by saying I love my doctor here. The past times, I would encounter just rude women (no disrespect) I never complained, but every time they were very dismissive & not the friendliest.Even though I am finding somewhere else to go, my last couple times was not bad, the black lady, tashena , was so nice and welcoming.

Probably the worst office I've ever been to. I like doctor Rodriguez, he's great. The girls up front are terrible. They have no knowledge of anything. I had blood work done 3 weeks ago. I've been contacting them for weeks to get the results. They never call you back with anything . They always blow you off They're very On knowledgeable they need to be replaced. I've never seen a doctor's office run this poorly. I am changing doctors as soon as I can. Sad because I like doctor Rodriguez. But I can't deal with his office, they are the worst. I wish he would open up his own office somewhere away from there.
